■Position Overview
As Senior Manager, Finance Control, this role involves leading a team of up to 20 finance professionals and overseeing all aspects of financial control within the Japan subsidiary. Responsibilities include developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position plays a key role in shaping the future of the company's financial operations in Japan.

■Job Description
・Lead the development and implementation of financial control policies and procedures.
・Grow and mentor a high-performing team of finance professionals.
・Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
・Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
・Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
・Oversee the financial close process and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
・Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
・Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall financial strategy.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Minimum 8 years of experience in financial control or a related field.
・Proven experience leading and managing teams.
・Expert knowledge of Japanese accounting principles (J-GAAP).
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Business level proficiency or higher in Japanese and English.
・Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
・Experience with ERP systems.
・Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements.
・Experience working in a multinational corporation is a plus.
