Role & Responsibilities
As the Director of Customer Facing (CF) Strategy Planning, you will be a key leader, collaborating with various departments (Therapeutic Area leads, marketing, sales, medical, and more) to develop and execute impactful brand plans, promotional activity plans (POAs), sales branch and district plans. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing new Go-To-Market (GTM) models, maximizing the value of subject matter experts (SMEs), and driving exceptional customer satisfaction. You will manage the CFSP organization, mentor future leaders, and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
Main tasks include
- Lead the development of brand plans, POAs, sales branch, and district plans across all Therapeutic Areas.
- Drive optimal CF resource allocation, call allocation planning, territory planning, and staffing planning.
- Spearhead the implementation of innovative GTM models, enhancing customer experience.
- Lead and manage CF transformations.
- Cultivate a thriving organizational culture that prioritizes risk management and integrity.
- Develop and mentor future leaders within the CFSP and sales organizations.

- Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy/management consultancy preferred.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams.
- Expert in market analysis, competitive landscape understanding, and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across different departments and levels.
- Advanced data analysis skills to drive strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
