A global food-products company is looking to hire an Internal Control Manager. This company known for its focus on health and nutrition, specializing in dairy, plant-based products and specialized nutrition.

The duty includes :

-Lead risk evaluation and control across domains, with a focus on prioritizing internal control in Japan.
- Provide internal control expertise to add value to key process domains with a risk approach mindset.
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) coordination and process.
- Roll out and promote IC Methodology & Referential, enhancing BPO ownership and self-evaluation readiness.
- Ensure accurate and timely testing and reporting
- Ensure controls are efficient to ensure the reliability of financials and business risks.
- Provide risk control support for continuous enhancement and critical enabler projects

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

+ 5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or Internal control
- Experience in supply chain and cybersecurity
- Corporate experience (FMCG would be a plus)
- Experience in data analytics (especially with SAP)

Nice to have:
- CIA or CISA certification
- Background in FP&A
- Experience working with a shared service centre
