■Role & Responsibilities
As Merchandising Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of the brand's product strategy in Japan. You will lead the pre-season buying process, curate the product offering, and optimize inventory to maximize sales and brand positioning. You'll work closely with the Brand Manager and various teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You'll analyze sales performance, make data-driven decisions, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the brand in the Japanese market.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the pre-season buying process and OTB planning for the region.
・Curate the product selection and offer for the Japanese market.
・Manage size breakdowns and product allocation, optimizing inventory.
・Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights.
・Collaborate with the visual merchandising team on product displays.
・Prepare product training materials and share retail feedback with central teams.
・Manage master data and product composition information.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience in the retail industry; luxury brand experience preferred.
・Business-level Japanese and fluent English language skills.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
・Excellent communication and organizational skills.
