SAP SD/MM Lead Technical Analyst

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
• Lead and manage SAP Distribution to ensure successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, considering dependencies with other distribution-related projects.
• Oversee analysis, discussions with HQ, and design/customization enhancements to meet business needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor system performance with the Application Maintenance Support team, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of SAP processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD/MM implementation and support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD and MM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certification in SD and/or MM modules is highly desirable.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (speaking, writing, and presentation).
• Experience in the retail industry (direct-to-consumer) and supporting omni-channel schemes (POS, e-commerce, apps, call centers, virtual sales, social media, etc.) is a plus.
