A renowned high-performance sports cars, SUVs, and sedans' manufacturer is looking to hire a Controlling & Risk specilait to join their dynamic Finance team. The company combines luxury, innovative technology, and precision engineering to deliver vehicles that offer exceptional driving experiences

Mission :
- Financial reporting for actuals and analysis by business line, by department, etc.
- Finance planning, budgeting and forecasting in company overall
- Risk Management and reporting to headquarter
- Investment management, controlling and reporting to headquarter
- Vendor risk management through reviewing and monitoring their financial data and status
- Execution of approvals for various internal requests
- Improvement of business process at finance area

Responsibilities :
- Deliver accurate, consistent and timely reporting, analyze and explain financial results by preparing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
- Prepare actual vs plan analysis, investigate deviations in close alignment with departments and provide insights for decision-making
- Preparation of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Engage in monthly and annual closing procedures, ensuring a compliant financial close for management reporting
- Prepare, present and monitor investment plan and activities incl. communication and alignment with headquarter
- Support regular risk management process and execute risk management related activities
- Execution of approvals for various internal requests (e.g. purchase requests)
- Preparation of board meeting & closing meeting materials
- Continuous improvement of business processes and support of daily operations with regards to all controlling related matters

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- At least 5-7 years working experience in finance/controlling function.
- Good command of Japanese/English language skills.
- System knowledge of SAP FI or Concur is preferred.
- Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards is an advantage
