■Role & Responsibilities
You will be a key member of a specialized team reporting directly to the CXO, shaping the user experience for a multifaceted platform encompassing marketplaces, fintech, and on-demand services. You will plan, evaluate, and implement business strategies from a design perspective, leading the process of transforming user insights into groundbreaking business and service innovations. You will also mentor and develop other designers, driving the growth of the design organization itself.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the creation of a unified five-element UX model across multiple business units.
・Develop and implement user-centric design strategies for multiple markets, contributing to disruptive growth.
・Transform user insights from research into impactful business and service ideas.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams, from leadership to engineers, to deliver high-impact designs.
・Mentor and develop future design talent within the company.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・10+ years of experience designing UI and UX for apps or websites.
・Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with team members.
・Experience using design tools such as Figma and InVision.
・Proficiency in Japanese (CEFR C1) and English (CEFR B2) is required.
・While experience in the system development phase of app design and people management is preferred, we encourage applications from talented designers who share our company’s mission and are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.
