■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind new business acquisition, building and closing a substantial sales pipeline. You'll leverage your experience selling SaaS solutions to strategically position our client's platform to enterprise-level clients. You will build strong relationships, craft compelling value propositions, and navigate complex sales cycles to achieve ambitious sales targets. This is a high-impact hunter role focusing on new business development.

■Main tasks include
・Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire new enterprise clients.
・Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through outbound prospecting and networking.
・Craft and deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the value and ROI of our client's platform.
・Manage and forecast sales activities effectively using CRM tools.
・Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
・Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.

経験・スキル
■Requirements
・2-3 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, consistently exceeding targets.
・Proven ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective outbound prospecting.
・Experience selling complex solutions and building strong, long-term client relationships.
・Expertise in quantifying value and demonstrating ROI to prospective clients.
・Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
・Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is essential.
・Proficiency in Japanese (native or near-native level) is required.
・Intermediate level English language skills are needed.
・Language proficiency is also a mandatory requirement.
