■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
As an Indirect Procurement Buyer, you will be responsible for the full procurement lifecycle for indirect goods and services, from developing sourcing strategies and negotiating contracts to optimizing costs and building strong supplier relationships. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met while maintaining high standards of efficiency and compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to lead complex negotiations and drive significant cost savings initiatives.

■Main tasks include
・Lead and execute procurement activities for indirect goods and services.
・Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
・Create and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
・Select and manage suppliers.
・Negotiate contracts and terms.
・Analyze costs and identify savings opportunities.
・Drive cost optimization initiatives.
・Coordinate with other Group brands.
・Educate internal employees on procurement policies and processes.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
・Minimum 7 years of professional experience in indirect procurement, ideally within the automotive industry or a similarly regulated environment.
・High proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP MM is a plus.
・Strong negotiation and communication skills (Japanese and English).
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
・Language skills are a mandatory requirement.
