■Role & Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our payment products. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market. You will conduct market research to understand customer needs, prioritize features, and create detailed product specifications. You will also manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that products meet customer expectations and align with our business objectives. You will actively engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure a great user experience, constantly iterating and improving based on data and insights. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside talented and driven professionals.

■Main tasks include
・Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy.
・Conduct market research to identify customer needs.
・Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build new products.
・Prioritize product features and define product specifications.
・Manage the product development process from ideation to launch.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the payments industry, fintech.
・Proven ability to deliver products from concept to launch.
・Understanding of payment processing and relevant regulatory requirements.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English or business level Chinese.
