■Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of electric vehicles. You will lead and deliver impactful research and development projects, collaborating closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders at our client and their parent company. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality software and hardware solutions. ■Main tasks include
・Lead the development and execution of R&D projects focusing on driving and riding safety, map rendering, and UI toolkits.
・Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and project success.
・Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules aligned with key milestones.
・Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
・Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in project management within software and/or hardware development.
・Business-level English proficiency.
・Strong understanding of software development processes.
・Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
・Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
・Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
・While experience in the automotive industry is preferred, it's not mandatory for candidates with a strong track record in relevant fields.
