■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will lead strategic partnerships within the fashion & beauty industry, driving significant growth on our platform. You’ll build relationships with major brands, develop new business models, collaborate with creators, and boost platform performance. This is a high-impact role demanding creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, building and maintaining relationships with key brand partners, and identifying and onboarding new partners. You’ll develop category strategies, improve partner performance through various initiatives (including business model suggestions, creator collaborations, and education), and collaborate across departments to maximize platform growth for partners. You'll lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing efforts.

■Main tasks include
・Develop and execute long-term business strategies
・Build and maintain relationships with key brand partners
・Develop and prioritize category strategies
・Acquire and onboard new partners
・Develop strategies to improve partner performance (e.g., business model suggestions, creator collaboration, training)
・Collaborate cross-functionally to boost partner growth on the platform
・Solve complex problems and develop scalable solutions
・Lead internal projects (e.g., campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing)
