■Role & Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in the company expansion into the Japanese energy market. Working closely with product, development, and regulatory teams, you'll gain deep market insights, help design and implement crucial business processes and applications, and contribute to company's mission of delivering a global zero-carbon future. You'll collaborate with clients and the market optimization team to execute trading strategies and ensure customer sites respond effectively to company services.

■Main tasks include
・Collaborate with engineering teams to define business logic for ancillary service programs in the Japanese energy market.
・Interpret market regulations and gather relevant published materials.
・Liaise with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) and local consultants.
・Facilitate communication with Japanese customers.
・Optimize portfolios in ancillary services and energy markets.
・Analyze market dynamics and develop short-term trading strategies.
・Support company's entry into new markets by analyzing opportunities and executing strategies.
・Manage customer inquiries and ensure dispatch readiness.
・Monitor service delivery performance and prepare reports for company operators.
・Conduct energy analyses to identify efficiency improvements for clients.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
・Knowledge of the Japanese energy sector
・Fluency in Japanese and English
・Passion for sustainability and renewable technologies
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

・Highly analytical and detail-oriented
・Experience with wholesale energy markets and ancillary services (advantageous)
