• Partner with the business unit to align financial goals with strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models to support forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key variances and trends.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance, providing insights into variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Deliver actionable insights through analysis of business drivers and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to ensure accurate financial data.

経験・スキル

• 5-8 years or more experience in financial control, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience with using ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree holder
