The candidate purpose is to ensure the Data Architecture (Enterprise Data modeling,
Master/Reference Data Management, Data Lakehouse Platform and Analytics, BI/Data
Visualization, all based on Cloud etc.) as pects of IT strategy being aligned with the
Company business strategy and, thereby, realize the maximum business return on IT
investment and reduce the Total Cost of Ownership of IT systems by achieving the
followings:
・ Provide an assistance to Chief Arch itect regarding data architecture decisions.
・ Define, maintain, and improve the Target Data Architecture and Blueprints that support
the long term business strategy.
・ Support Group transversal IT programs and contribute to the Data & AI group
communities
・ Promote the maximum convergence of IT implementation toward the Target
Architecture and Blueprints through architecture governance processes.
・ In collaboration with Data teams, design the data solutions that will support our
company data strategy and f uture data use cases.
・ Contribute to data related solutions.

経験・スキル

◆
Qualifications
TOGAF Certification or over 5 year experience with data
Knowledgeable on Data Management and data lifecycle management methodology
Experience on Modeling automatio n: DBT, and experience on medallion layering
(bronze, silver, gold)

Experience on Data modeling with ERD definition of core data model of operational data
stores and understanding of Data Vault 2.0 modeling in perspective to federated data
architecture a nd Data Mesh concept implementation with Core and Analytical Data
products

Technology data building blocks like Data Lakehouse, ETL, API, Data pipelines, Meta
data, Data masking/encryption, etc.
Familiar with GDPR and PIP regulations

Knowledge and Ex pertise on Cloud Technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) and Data platforms
(Databricks, Snowflake
AI and GenAI experience, implementation of MLOps and LLMOps platforms, and
onboarding of use cases as ML/AI products

Business level Japanese and Business level English
