A globally renowned luxury company is seeking for an experienced senior accountant
You will ensure the accuracy, reliability and integrity of Sales and Accounts Receivable (“AR”)
financial data as below.

Job Responsibilities

Sales and Accounts Receivables (Daily / Month-End Closing / Reporting)
• Prepare invoices
• Prepare/review sales and AR journal entries
• Prepare monthly journal entries, such as accruals, sales return reserves
• E-commerce order management
• Perform reconciliations of deposit and AR
• Monitor AR movement / balance.
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, annual closing for reporting, internal control, audit support or tax
requirements,
• Make cash forecast related to sales transactions and monitor forecast and actual
• Support boutique operations by responding to inquiries from boutiques or other departments.
• Special projects as required.

経験・スキル

Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables Management or Retail Sales.
-Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
-Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- English – Business Level.
