■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
As an MD Planner, you will play a vital role in driving sales and managing inventory at our outlet channel in Japan. You'll be responsible for forecasting, planning, and replenishment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and maximizing profitability. You will build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless execution and collaborate closely with Japan Merchandising, Retail, and Logistics teams.

■Main tasks include
・Develop merchandise plans based on local market needs.
・Control Open-To-Buy (OTB) to meet sales and inventory targets.
・Forecast, plan, and manage inventory levels across all outlet channels.
・Develop markdown and pricing recommendations.
・Analyze and report on weekly/monthly/seasonal performance.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in business studies or related field.
・Minimum 3 years of experience in retail planning, ideally within the fashion industry.
・Proven experience in merchandise planning, preferably in a fashion brand setting.
・Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
・Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
