経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree or higher.
・5+ years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field. Experience with ERP systems or large-scale system implementations is a plus.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
