■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
As the Japan CFO, you will be the primary financial business partner to the General Manager, providing strategic financial leadership and decision support for all aspects of the business. You will work closely with various teams—sales, delivery, regional, and global management—to execute global and regional strategies, ensuring financial health, profitable growth, and margin expansion. You’ll play a pivotal role in navigating the evolving business landscape, shaping financial plans and analysis, and instilling financial discipline while supporting rapid growth. You will also closely collaborate with the Controllership to maintain the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting. This is a highly visible and impactful role with the potential to significantly shape the future financial direction of the Japan subsidiary.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
・Provide in-depth financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
・Direct the performance of the Japan Finance team, guiding and developing team members.
・Partner with the regional GM to drive growth in key financial metrics.
・Manage and improve working capital, optimizing cash flow and resource allocation.
・Act as an approver on commercial deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
・Develop risk mitigation plans for troubled contracts or accounts.
・Collaborate on process improvements and ensure robust internal controls.
・Support the APAC CFO in implementing corporate strategic initiatives.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
・10+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, with proven success driving business growth.
・5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
・Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate financial information to diverse audiences.
・Experience in the IT services industry is essential.
・Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
