Responsible for site improvement and content design to make services more comfortable for users.
- Realize designs that improve the experience by using a cycle of prototyping, user testing, and results analysis to discover issues and propose hypotheses.
- The design lead will collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to solidify requirements and designs.
- Promote various development projects for building design systems, new services, and PoC.
