■Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless and efficient software delivery. You will design, build, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and related tooling. You'll work closely with development teams to optimize workflows, implement best practices, and troubleshoot issues. This role offers significant influence over the future of our technology and the opportunity to shape the technological landscape of the automotive sector. You will be collaborating with multiple teams to ensure development velocity is optimized and application stability is maintained.

■Main tasks include
・Design, build, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipeline and tooling.
・Develop and implement automated testing workflows to boost engineering productivity.
・Mentor team members in DevOps best practices and CI configurations.
・Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform).
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
・Resolve and debug system issues.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years of professional DevOps experience in a large-scale product environment.
・3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform.
・3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.
・Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
・Excellent English communication skills and ability to comprehend technical documentation.
・Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
・Demonstrated ownership of product features and quality.
