■About the company
Our client is a leading global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company renowned for its commitment to sustainability and innovation. They are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to drive impactful change within their Japanese operations.

■Role & Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of delivering large-scale sustainability projects in Japan, focusing on decarbonization and energy-saving initiatives. You will manage all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and design through to construction and closeout. You'll build strong client relationships, ensuring successful project implementation and exceeding customer expectations. This is a high-impact role offering significant growth opportunities within a dynamic, global organization.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the planning, execution, and completion of multiple sustainability projects.
・Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
・Oversee all project phases, including design, construction, and closeout.
・Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
・Report on project progress and financial performance regularly.
・Support the development of sustainability solutions for ambitious customer goals.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Undergraduate degree in a technical field or related discipline.
・Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management, ideally within sustainability or energy-saving sectors.
・Experience managing complex projects (50k - 1m EUR budget) in a demanding environment.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
・Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
・Strong understanding of sustainability technologies and practices is essential.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
