■Role & Responsibilities
As a Windows UEX (RDS) Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the user experience of our client's Remote Desktop Services environment. You will lead a team of engineers, mentor junior staff, and guide the technical direction of the team. You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows servers, networking, and user experience. You will also be involved in projects to improve performance and reliability. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive and collaborative team.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues related to Windows servers, networking, and user experience.
・Mentor junior engineers and guide the technical direction of the team.
・Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and reliability of Remote Desktop Services.
・Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
・Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in Windows server administration and user experience.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・7+ years of experience in Windows and networking engineering, supporting production environments.
・Expert knowledge of Remote Desktop Services (RDS), including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
・Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
・Experience with Active Directory, and strong troubleshooting skills.
・Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Azure experience is a plus.
