■Role & Responsibilities
As a Windows Networking Technical Lead, you will be the go-to expert for all things Windows networking, providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining critical network infrastructure, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You will directly support customers via phone, email and chat.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the design and implementation of complex Windows network solutions.
・Troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
・Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
・Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
・Stay current on the latest technologies and trends in Windows networking.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・7+ years of experience in Windows Server administration, networking, performance tuning, patch management, and upgrades in production environments.
・Expert knowledge of TCP/IP communications, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
・Experience with remote access technologies (VPN, DirectAccess, RRAS).
・Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure AD Connect.
・Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred.
