■Job Outline:
As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in leveraging our data to identify new business opportunities, address business needs, and deliver client-focused insights. Through detailed analysis of complex datasets, you’ll uncover trends and design insights that clearly demonstrate the value of our data. These insights will directly inform business decisions, guiding our strategic priorities and enhancing our understanding of client needs to ensure our competitive advantage in the market.

■Responsibilities
①Market and Trend Analysis：
Responsible for analyzing real estate market trends, creating in-depth reports, and providing actionable insights that inform and support strategic decision-making.
②Customer and Business Opportunity Analysis：
Accountable for assessing customer behavior patterns and identifying new business opportunities to ensure that property data insights align with evolving business needs.
③Data Quality and Integration Consultation：
Collaborate on improving data quality and integration processes, ensuring data relevance, accuracy, and alignment with current business requirements.
④Technical Impact Monitoring：
Stay informed on developments in data pipeline automation and infrastructure, assessing the impact on reporting and analysis to ensure alignment with business analytics needs.

経験・スキル

■Required
・2+ years of work experience as an analyst in any industry
・Proficient in writing and reading both English and Japanese reports at a business level
・Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis tools, including advanced functions for data manipulation, visualization, and data processing/mining using R, Python, SQL, or other similar tools.
