Looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead solution design, functional analysis, and agile development, to build efficient digital platforms.

経験・スキル

Desired Qualifications:

・10+ years in system design, development, operations, or maintenance.
・5+ years of experience in Agile development, preferably with the SAFe framework.
・Proficiency in building digital solutions on Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
・Strong understanding of Java/JavaScript and relevant web technologies (Spring Boot, React, relational databases).


Nice to Have:

・Extensive project management skills, especially in IT or digital solution contexts.
・Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
・Previous experience working in customer-facing digital transformation projects.


Language:

・Native or advanced Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
・Advanced business English, or above
