【Position overview】
The Event Manager is responsible for leading high jewelry launch events and non-commercial initiatives, including art & culture events and activities at School of Jewelry Arts. This role ensures the creation of a refined "brand experience," contributing to the Maison's strategic cultural impact.

【Responsibilities】
・Orchestrate high jewelry events in collaboration with Europe HQ and cross-functional teams.
・Plan and execute non-commercial and cultural projects aligned with the Maison’s strategy.
・Manage a small team and foster a creative, high-performance environment.

・Senior experience in event project management within the luxury retail industry.
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for art & culture with a creative, positive, and proactive mindset.
・Detail-oriented, flexible, and innovative.
・Fluent in Japanese with business-level English proficiency.
・Technical drawing skills are a plus.
・Ability to think outside the box and work collaboratively.
