Role & Responsibilities:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our client's financial products. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall success of the company. You will use human-centered design methods to craft delightful experiences, from initial ideation to final deliverables. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring innovative solutions to life.

Main tasks include:
・Lead design initiatives to improve customer experience.
・Clarify user needs through research and data, developing deep insights.
・Generate concepts and create high-fidelity designs for multiple platforms.
・Present research findings, design solutions, and rationale to stakeholders.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent user experience across all products
・.Maintain design systems and guidelines.
Evaluate the output of other UX designers.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Minimum 5+ years of experience in interaction and/or service design across varied users and devices. ・Must have 3+ years designing digital products tailored to Japanese consumers and applying user-centered design processes.
・A strong design portfolio showcasing the UX design process for mobile apps (iOS, Android, web) is essential.
・Fluency in English and Japanese (professional level) is required.
・Experience with Figma is preferred.
