■Role & Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, to ensure the consistent and high-quality representation of the brand across all retail touchpoints. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the development and implementation of trade marketing strategies.
・Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate trade marketing initiatives.
・Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
・Manage and oversee visual merchandising activities for boutiques and wholesale partners, ensuring brand consistency.
・Define and implement the visual merchandising strategy.
・Manage VM orders, track stock levels and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
・Create compelling window displays and other promotional materials.
・Prepare reports on performance and make adjustments as needed.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in trade marketing and visual merchandising within the luxury goods industry.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing tools.
・A keen eye for design and aesthetics.
