A Famous & Stable Global Company is looking for an experienced Director to lead their Data Analytics and Data Platform division.

This role will be heavily focused on Strategy, Planning, and implementation of Data tools. They are looking for a strong leader who can take full ownership of all things Data at the company.

- You will report directly to the C suite
- You will lead a team of 6 Data people
- In this role you will have a lot of freedom to drive the business toward data driven decisions
- All new Data Projects will come from you

Required experience:
- 3+ years experience in a leadership position managing a technical team
- Business level Japanese & English
- 6+ years experience in Data Analytics

経験・スキル

● Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or Data Science.
● Minimum of 7 years in data management, analytics, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position managing technical teams using Agile/DevOps practices.
● Established experience leading and delivering successful BI projects using tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI.
Basic understanding of the commercial business model in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
● Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and foster trust among stakeholders with differing priorities.
● Proficient in both Japanese and English, with strong adaptability and a proactive approach to business leadership and continuous improvement.
