• Serves as advisor on financial and staffing decisions to drive economic growth.
• Supports Head of Business Control on forecasts, budgets, and analysis for growth, productivity, and profitability.
• Collaborates with business unit heads on financial planning and control.
• Conducts monthly reviews of results and key performance indicators.
• Handles ad hoc financial analysis requests and projects.
• Leads small team or contributes as solo manager, guiding junior staff.
• Fluent in Japanese and advanced in English (both verbal and written communication)

経験・スキル

• 5+ years experience in mid-to-large-size company in FP&A or business planning, with some accounting background.
• Proven track record of improving financial performance.
• Strong communication and execution skills to implement plans.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
• People management experience is a plus
