■About The Role:
In this Senior Project Manager role, you will lead complex, high-visibility projects, ensuring collaboration and timely delivery with internal and external stakeholders. You'll manage project schedules, oversee cross-functional teams, and maintain a strategic view while handling daily tasks. Effective communication, risk management, and a strong understanding of both Western and Japanese business cultures will be key to your success.

■Main tasks:
・Lead high-visibility projects, ensuring collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
・Manage project schedules and align deliverables with established timelines.
・Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and shared goals.
・Develop and track multiple project frameworks and key milestones.
・Maintain a strategic, big-picture view while handling day-to-day activities.
・Proactively manage risks, providing solutions and guiding decisions.
・Cultivate cultural fluency to manage relationships in both Western and Japanese business contexts.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Skills & Experience Required:
・5+ years of experience in project management within software companies.
・Proficiency in both Japanese and English (business level).
・Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
・Comfortable using project management tools (JIRA, Gantt charts, etc.).
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset.
・Experience working in multicultural environments and managing multiple stakeholders.

■Nice to Have:
・Previous experience managing projects that interact with hardware, particularly in the automotive industry.
・Flexibility in handling outcome-oriented roadmaps and product development timelines.
