■ About our Client:

■ Summary of the Position:
As a JGB Settlement, you will oversee the following tasks:
- Monitoring of JGB and other JPY Bond Settlement with domestic CCP
- Liaising to solve any settling problems
- Statistic reporting / Regulatory Reporting
- Bond Positions and Cash positions reconciliation
- Auctions and BOJ Operations processing
- Reconciliation of Cash/Repo/ deals between systems as well as between brokers, clients and CACIB in Europe
- Margin call processing

I-STAR CORE, MUFJ RTGS (JGB), BOJ-NET, JSDA WAN, JSCC WEB

6. Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
・Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Japan Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

・Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
