Position: Pharma Account Manager, Electron Microscopy
Seeking talent to take on sales and account management roles for Japan's pharmaceutical industry. In this position, you will drive the achievement of sales and business goals through the development and execution of sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee all sales and customer management activities for electron microscope products in the pharmaceutical industry and resolve customer issues.
● Develop, coordinate, and implement customer strategies.
● Maintain accurate quarterly order forecasts while setting and executing sales goals and strategies.
● Analyze customer budget constraints and implement strategic actions to maximize order opportunities.
● Ensure product configurations, specifications, and acceptance conditions align with customer order details.
● Lead product user group activities as needed to enhance customer satisfaction.
● Collaborate with application engineers and product marketing managers to conduct system demonstrations.
● Supervise the order process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
● Work with service and application engineers to manage field product issues and provide timely solutions.

- Skills & Experience:
● Strong negotiation skills for effective customer engagement, sales, and problem-solving.
● Enthusiasm and clear communication skills to engage with a diverse audience.
● Problem-solving abilities and collaboration with customers and account teams to deliver optimal solutions.
● Presentation skills, including creating and delivering materials for internal and external stakeholders.
● Experience working with regional and global virtual teams, with communication in English required.
● Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field, or equivalent experience.
● Over 5 years of sales experience in the life sciences or scientific instruments industries, focusing on new business development and B2B sales.
● Willingness to travel frequently (50-75%) to domestic and international customer sites, as well as overseas factories and offices. - 学歴
