- Acting as System Analyst for Retail Application (POS, SIM etc) in Asia regions (GC (Retail), Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea) cross brands
- Provide recommendations on design overall architecture of mobile platform to maintain reusability and sustainability to fulfil functional and non-functional requirements as a key objective.
- Prepare work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
- Work within a feature team to engineer software, scripts and tools to enable the delivery of products and services.
- Working with vendor, design applications capable of meeting the anticipated load, performance, availability, security and resilience requirements.
- Manage vendors to develop software with a focus on automation of build, unit testing and deployment process on all environments to minimize variation and ensure predictable high quality code and data.
- Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the retail mobile platform
- Well manage detailed specifications and project documentation
- Leverage 3rd party tool such as Postman, JMeter to validate and stabilize applications.
- Be the front line of IT department for business users in terms of store/customer engagement related activities such as project, change request, issue resolution.
- Provide oversight on testing including review the test result to keep quality of retail/customer engagement systems.
- Attend meetings and build strong relationship with Asia, US, Europe counterparts.

経験・スキル

- Minimum 3 years professional experience in similar role.
- Knowledge and experience in delivering mobile solutions on WeChat, LINE platform
- Strong understanding of IOS and Android solutions.
- Experience in using GitHub / BitBucket to establish git workflow.
- Experience in providing code review assessing vendor’s deliverables.
- Able to discover, apply and establish best practices.
- Keen focus on code readability and incremental refactoring.
- Knowledge and experience of system integration and data flow diagram with multiple systems
- Ability to understand issues and system errors from a technical standpoint.
- Regional Project/Vender management experience with understanding/experience on Agile methodology and DevOps concept & its processes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills both in Chinese and English. Japanese capability is a plus.
