Senior QA Engineer (Professional Haken/Dispatch)

You will work as a member of a team dedicated to establishing and maintaining a common QA platform across the company. To meet this objective, you will be assigned to different products/services/projects, working in a role agreed with the team. During this time, you will also be asked to identify areas/processes that can be improved on, propose a roadmap for implementing those improvements, and work the plan.

- Team Leadership: Collaborate effectively with the Product team to define test scope and lead the QA effort through to test completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Test Planning: Generate comprehensive QA test plans, including the definition of End-to-End testing scope.

- Technical Clarification: Communicate with Product Development Managers (PDM) and Project Managers (PJM) to clarify technical requirements and establish test scope.

- Defect Management: Ensure defects are assigned and resolved in a timely manner.

- Manual and Automated Testing: You should have experience in manual testing and possess a technical mindset so that you can track and guide test automation activities.

- Flexibility: Adapt to different roles and responsibilities to meet business needs.

経験・スキル

* Experience: 5+ years in Test/QA roles, with 2+ years in a team lead capacity.
* Technical Skills: Experience in Software testing
* Problem-Solving: Strong problem-diagnosing skills and the ability to communicate issues effectively.
* Communication: Excellent communication and team-building skills.
* Language: Business level English.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Programming, Mathematics/Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
