FP&A (IT Services Business for Overseas)

A staff member who belongs to the FP&A department at the head office and works in the business unit in charge as a business partner, communicating with management and field departments (including overseas group companies) on a daily basis, and supporting decision-making and execution through the following tasks.

① Corporate planning/business planning (medium-term plan formulation, business strategy planning, business structure/organization/business analysis, etc.)

②Budget formulation/execution management (budget formulation, results confirmation, forecast formulation in management accounting, budget execution management, KPI management, etc.)

③Finance rule control, operation management, business reform/improvement
