Role And Responsibilities:

 Establish effective trust partnerships with cross-functional teams and global communities, and work closely with the local stakeholders and the Global IT team for the right governance.
 Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitating the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders, taking account the current Information System available.
 Collecting requirements for the project business, analyzing them and if necessary guiding the developmental team, central IT team and 3rd party vendors in optimizing their work
 Assisting at various levels of project and helping in task analysis
 Acting as a team-lead on assigned projects and assignments; and providing work direction to the developers and other project stakeholders.
 Bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations with deep understanding of their business.
 Conduct survey and technical training to business users.

Preferred Skills And Experience

 Leveraged Microsoft Power Platform to streamline operations by building automated workflows, simplifying data visualization through dashboards, and developing custom solutions
 Possessing a strong foundation in IT and a keen interest in leveraging modern technologies like APIs, DevOps, AI, ML, and IoT for innovation and efficiency
 Scientific background / cosmetics product development background is a plus
 Cloud overall generic and fundamental knowledge
 SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, especially for Microsoft Azure Platform
 Data (management) tools (SQL, BI, ETL)
 Various type of IT standard domain supportive services (examples: CRM, SFA, ERP, BPM)
