As a project manager, you will promote projects related to business development and system implementation in the corporate DX area (DX for administrative divisions such as accounting, human resources, general affairs, legal, etc.) of our group.
You will be responsible for defining and designing the best business processes in cooperation with the accounting and human resources departments, building a system for the continuous operation of these business processes, deploying and establishing the system in each group company, and implementing further improvement activities including operations.
This is a position where you can promote operational efficiency by using technology to change the way the headquarters employees operate and work.

経験・スキル

Experience in building business and implementing corporate DX systems for clients or their companies in the area of corporate DX (DX for administrative divisions such as accounting, HR, general affairs, legal, etc.) at either a consulting firm, IT vendor, or operating company
Experience in leading and driving projects as a project manager or senior SE at a consulting firm, IT vendor, or business enterprise
Understanding and experience in system development from requirement definition, basic design, program development, and testing.

Experience working on retail systems
Experience in project management in a large scale (50+ people at peak)
General knowledge of financial accounting (no qualifications required, but commercial bookkeeping at level 3 is a plus)
Knowledge of managerial accounting (experience in budgeting and forecasting)
Experience in accounting and human resources systems
