Service Delivery Specialist (Manager Level)

SUMMARY of the ROLE:
This global company is in search of a Service Delivery Management Specialist to address IT infrastructure issues and ensure seamless operations. This role is crucial for handling system operation problems, coordinating responses, and driving initiatives to mitigate risks and complete projects on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage IT change management governance, including weekly CAB meetings and training sessions.
- Address IT infrastructure problems, gather information, visualize current situations, and draft operational process improvements.
- Lead initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and managing deadlines.
- Perform regular data collection, analysis, and reporting (weekly, monthly).
- Facilitate and lead system incident recovery efforts with teams from Japan and Asia.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL, incident/change/problem management) and project management (PMP).
- Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure (COMPTIA) and Microsoft products (MCSE, Win10, Azure, MS-Office, MS365).
- Ability to involve stakeholders based on incomplete information, visualize issues, and lead responses.
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English for engaging with domestic and international parties.
- Self-management skills to handle tasks independently and meet deadlines.
