Reporting to the Finance Director in Japan, this role will collaborate with the Japan team, APAC leadership, and the APAC Finance team to drive growth by monitoring results and advising on financial decisions.

• Lead financial planning and target setting, monitoring performance against strategic goals.
• Manage accurate and timely top-line forecasts and financial advice for business leaders.
• Oversee discount approvals, ad-hoc analyses, and expense management.
• Control P&L forecasts, CAPEX, and major marketing investments.
• Ensure efficient budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency.
