We are looking for a Business Process Analyst who can work closely with our global specialists to bring the company's IT application standards to Japan. This is a key role that will not only work on new IT initiatives, but also improve various IT business application services in Japan. Specifically, this position will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing global standards for the company's business applications, as well as improving business applications and user operational efficiency.

Job Description
- Work with Global Production Support to maintain the current global ERP and ensure that requirements are met to continue to support the Japanese business (no development work required on the current ERP). (No development work is required for the current ERP.)
- Develop a deep understanding of user operations and generate ideas for improvement. Also, understand the problems in the current operations and propose solutions.
- Translate business language into system specifications (or vice versa), and serve as a bridge between developers and users.
- Clearly prioritize tasks and explain why. (Agile Approach)
- Promptly escalate high priority incidents to Global Production Support for resolution.
- Support the Process Control team in responding to audits.
- Play a key role as a Business Process Analyst in the upcoming SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Provide an end-to-end process view and minimize the impact when systems around the ERP are implemented.
- Lead the change in user operations due to system changes.

Will you play a central role in SAP S/4HANA implementation, but will your work include not only implementation but also hands-on work (maintenance and support) afterwards?

The people who will play a central role in SAP implementation are supposed to be representatives (PO (Process Owner/Product Owner)) from each local business side (e.g., Customer Service/SAP).
(e.g. Customer Service/Supply Chain/Custom ball(club)/Process Contorl/Finance, etc.)
We assume that the person will support the project from a systems (SAP) perspective. It is assumed that each business will lead the project.

After implementation, we assume that you will collaborate with each Global Team to stabilize the system, conduct testing, support new business requirements, and provide support for new system implementation.
It is important to communicate the specifications to the Global team together with the business representatives.

Will this person be the only one in charge of SAP implementation? Will the senior manager and other staff on the team provide support?

⇒As mentioned above, it is practically impossible for a single person to be in charge of the implementation of a company's core system. We would like you to be on the support side for each business.

Specifically, we expect you to communicate with the global business by translating business requirements into system requirements, and vice versa, and to propose materials for consideration of operations to the business based on system requirements and constraints.

IT is expected to be a member (one employee) who will look at the linkage with peripheral systems as the core system is revamped, as well as the current system

Application Requirements
Japanese: fluent, native
- Experience in implementing ERP projects (global template)
(SAP S/4HANA implementation experience not required, but ECC or R/3 implementation experience is a must.)
- Experience in implementing SAP logistics areas (sales, purchasing, and production are the main scopes)
- Extensive experience as a business analyst or application developer
- Hands-on experience implementing and improving applications while collaborating with global teams
- Experience leading implementation teams for applicable modules.

Preferred Requirements
- Experience leading projects of medium scale.
- Experience in other application areas (e.g. accounting)
- Experience implementing SAP satellite systems such as e-commerce, CRM, procurement, demand forecasting, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience leading user departments
- Experience as a SAP consultant in the field of logistics is preferred
- Experience in leading a user department.

High negotiation skills are required due to many conference calls, internal presentations, etc.
