Lead IT Technical Analyst

The client is seeking a technical leader with development experience to oversee the creation and maintenance of life insurance policy admin systems, aiming to streamline operations and enhance product innovation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

SUMMARY:
- You will be a key player in IT Projects who will analyze current application functions to make sure they align with business requirements. You will be a key person in charge of working with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective and efficient systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and analyze business requirements
- Understand current legacy systems and how to improve to newer and modern systems
- Create business analysis and roadmap plans
- Stakeholder management between the business and technical side of the company

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years working within IT (development, mainframe maintenance)
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience in analysis, design and implementation
- Experience working with local and remote teams and vendors
- Native/Near native Japanese, and basic English (or wanting to learn)
