• Glonbal company with under 100 staff in Japan.
• You will report to APAC Finance Head, while managing 1-2 members
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, and financial reviews.
• Manage P&L to maximize profitability from FP&A stand point.
• Oversee timely transaction recording and account reconciliations.
• Analyze key customer, channel, and spending areas.
• Improve working capital, gross margin, and financial performance.
• Prepare statutory financial reports, tax submissions, and audits.
• Monitor budget, forecast updates, and provide weekly reports.
• Ensure financial controls and J-SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve growth and budget goals.
• Drive process improvements and optimize financial practices.

• Proven experience in covering FP&A & Accounting.
• Knowledge of Japanese GAAP and statutory regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
• Ability to handle and resolve ad-hoc, complex and ambiguous cases.
• Effective communication in Japanese and English
