■BRIEF OUTLINE OF THE JOB:
The mission of RTW & Shoes MD Associate is to achieve our company RTW & Shoes category budget to elevate the brand position as a fashion luxury brand in Japan, in alignment with the global and local strategy, and closely cooperating with Merchandising Manager.

RTW & Shoes MD Associate has the responsibility to contribute supporting the growth of the RTW & Shoes business with Merchandising Manager. In addition to contributing the successful product launches and sales results, delivering the message of commitment.

■KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-season buying: support the Merchandising Manager in the buying process
- In-season management: support the Merchandiser in the following tasks:
- Product training preparation
Coordination with VM team on set-up timings
- Sales and performance analysis
- Product allocation and rebalancing, inventory optimization
- Composition information preparation
- Follow-up of topics related to quality issues
- Markdown preparation
- Price change follow-ups

経験・スキル

■REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years merchandising experience in Retail industry. Luxury brand experience preferable.
- Business level of Japanese & Intermediate level of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivot etc.) and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking skill
