As a Chief Data Officer, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that leverages data assets to
create business value, enhance customer experience, and advance the company's competitive position.
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify & deliver new data-driven opportunities to
generate growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Driving the creation of a data-driven culture that leverages data and analytics to support
decision making and drive business impacts
- Defining data management strategy for the enterprise based on the Group Data Strategy
combined with the local business and IT objectives.
- Activating mechanisms to ensure data is managed as a strategic asset within the organization and ensuring quality of critical data in all Systems / Environments.
- Maintaining and updating the Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures for data and information governance.
- Delivering data-related initiatives in accordance with industry regulations, including data privacy and security requirements.
- Developing and implementing a data literacy program that equips employees with the skills and knowledge needed to use data effectively.
