Lead and manage the Invoice to Cash (I2C) team to ensure efficient and compliant handling of customer invoicing and payments, with a focus on process enhancement. Key responsibilities include optimizing cash flow, overseeing timely customer closing processes, and ensuring accuracy in invoicing and credit note procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Drive team performance through coaching and development, setting objectives, and providing feedback.
- Support AR and cash collectors with invoice processing, payment handling, and query resolution.
- Manage timely customer payments and implement effective credit risk controls.
- Oversee customer invoicing and payments-out processes.
- Manage claims resolution and maintain accurate KPI tracking mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to finance projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal control systems and effective customer service operations.
