We are currently seeking a talented Compliance Professional to join a leading healthcare/pharmaceutical company in Tokyo as a Manager for the Center of Excellence. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving ethical business conduct through the effective implementation of the Ethics and Compliance (ERC) program.

You will have the opportunity to plan and provide effective training on business conduct standards, develop core curriculum addressing relevant laws and regulations, and support the business team in taking remedial actions for deviations from guidelines. Additionally, you will have the chance to work on global projects and support the development of digital governance.

If you have a University Degree in business, law, finance, or science, 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and are fluent in Japanese with business-level English, we want to hear from you! Providing training experience and establishing internal rules are definite pluses.
