IT Business Analyst - ERP Systems

For this international product company, we seek a IT Business Analyst (Assistant Manager level) to work closely with the different Business Units and the IT Teams to solve critical problems utilizing Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies. and deliver value for the future of our business.

SUMMARY
- Create requirements documents that serve as input for development in ERP application development.
- Coordinate with the business or appropriate stakeholders as necessary. Conduct or support workshops as necessary.
- Responsible for supporting developer testing, testing from the user's perspective, and training support.
- Organize and analyze the true issues and dig deep into the causes of business requests and demands.
- Seek out solutions based on your own experience, not limited to solutions provided by IT.
- Provide input necessary for the team to think about solutions and support the discussion.
- Consolidate requirements and either implement them directly in the system or assist with implementation

REQUIREMENTS
- More than 5 years' experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry (non-life insurance is a plus).
- More than 3 years' experience in requirements definition for insurance contract management or customer-facing web systems.
- Knowledge of solutions for the insurance industry (including upstream processes).
- Experience or knowledge of requirements definition and implementation for projects involving package introduction.
- Knowledge of the insurance lifecycle E2E. General knowledge in areas such as claims is acceptable.
- Business-level Japanese and English skills.
