Our client is seeking a seasoned Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join their team and spearhead their compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong legal and compliance background, with a track record of success in the tech or finance industry. As the CCO, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on compliance matters to senior management.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs.
- Monitor and report on compliance activities and trends.

- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
- Prior experience in the tech industry is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations pertinent to the tech sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
